Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is an amazing perennial root, closely related to ginger, being a member of the Zingiberaceae ginger family. Now found all around the world, from its humble beginnings in the southwest of India.

1 Tablespoon grated Turmeric

1 cup of coconut milk,

1 teaspoon of honey,

1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

1 Cup of Water

1/3 cup of lemon juice
